Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

We offer Free Shipping on all products. COD available on all orders.

As a policy, Studio Home Style does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (doesn't match the item ordered) or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement. Please make a video of the unboxing for reference in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of replacement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

• Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer. Customer will have to submit relevant documents to claim excess amount.
• If the customer places an order by mistake, they can cancel the order within 12 hours. In such a case, they will be refunded the entire amount.
• If the customer receives any damaged product, they can either request a replacement or a refund. For replacement or refund, they will have to submit an unedited video of the package unboxing showing damaged product or products to claim the amount.

We offer free shipping on all Products. Once the order is processed, they are usually delivered within 3-5 Business Days. We ship throughout the week during the normal working hours, except Sundays & Public holidays. We are committed to deliver your products within the fastest time frame ensuring highest quality of packaging. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you with order details and a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Note for COD Orders: 

• Doorstep rejection will lead to account disablement.
• No COD order is dispatched until confirmed over a call or chat.
